BCM 400 autoattended conpany greeting

Hello

I've updated our company greeting for our auto attendent and on playback it is the new greeting however, on testing by calling the company phone it is still the old greeting, i've reset the BCM entirely to see if it is a general update issue, but that was unsuccessful.

Any ideas?

Places where a main greeting would be:
Greetings (AA)
Menu Prompt (Table)
Path 0 (CCR)

Check them then record a second of silence.

If you use CCR ( 1 digit options for the caller) then:
Greeting #1 - Thank you for calling ABC
Path 0 - If you know your parties extension....

When you say call company phone are you calling the internal extension number or calling the company's phone number? If calling the Ext. you are hearing the mailbox greeting not the AA.

I'm calling the number externals would call so it is the AA i'm hearing.

Also remember there are multiple greetings 1-2 ect... Did you record the correct one. Look under Tables like curly said and see what Greeting Number is playing for the Table.
