Our client has a BCM 400- they say when they call out their number displays on the called end but not their name.
I have gone over the phone and he has the name put in the features section unbder business name and under resources he has the box ticked off for name display under PRI . Still only the number displays. What are we missing ???

how are the outbound calls sent - PRI, LD T1, or POTS?

Pri is on the system

The Tel provider you use for the lines needs to send the companys name unless the CO switch is setup as DMS100 then you can send the phones name out as well.
