BCM 400 4.0 Music Manager

I am tring to upload a wav file to a BCM 400 4.0 using music manager. When i try to upload it the file shows up right away in the file manager where it should take a minute to upload and does not play. When i upload the same file to a 3.7 system it works fine. It takes a minute or two like it should. I jsut recently upgraded the system from a 3.7 to a 4.0. Already tried a restart.

I had this problem between two BCM 400 systems, both at release 4!. It has something to do with the codec on each BCM.
In the end, I used a program such as Goldwave or Magic Audio Converter etc and copied the file, but with a small change to either the *.WAV, mono or 8 bit settings etc. It was a case or trial and error etc. No need to reboot the BCM.
