A customer with BCM 400 4.0 replaced the backup server
A scheduled backup was already programmed before.
Backup doesnt´t work anymore, if we try to change the scheduled backup in element manager, as soon as we click on the backup button in element manager we get a message `connection was closed due to inactivity` and after that `the device connection has been lost`
Customer now also have problems with the callpilot, agents get logged out.
Someone seen this before
