We just installed a Polycom sound station 2 on a BCM ASM8+
port.
The customer wants to do a 3 party conf call.
If you make the 1st call & press flash-(link) 2-which should put this call on hold-it drops the 1st call?
You can park a call,call p/up-etc.
The flash isn't the issue-its putting the call on "hold"-so you make the 2nd call that causes the call to drop.
Tried just about everything..missing something in programming?
Any ideas?

According to the BCM analog user guide:
1. Make call #1
2. Link 2= Puts call on hold
3. Make 2nd call
4. Link*3 then conferences all parties.

You may need to make sure that the Polycom analog port has (2) intercom buttons in programming which would allow the system to recognize the flash and access the second intercom port for the conference call.
