BCM 400 3.5 Password Help Pls

I can’t get into the backup utility, it’s asking for a NT style username and password. I get in just fine to the other menus ok.???

It is asking for the same user and password you use to assess the unified manager to modify the system and services

No, i used supervisor and ee-admin with the PlsChg*** password no luck. any help?

Did you try the same user and password as you used to login to UM?

When you said NO above did you didn't use the same password ?

What did you use?

Try visor as password

get into the system's unified manager and under the header below the services header, I believe it's managment, click the radio button - managment -user managment (where you control and modify system user access) and look and see if BRU has been made invisible to the admin users.
