BCM 4.0 - Missing Activity Codes Menu

Hi All,

Has anyone come across this issue before on any of the BCM versions?
Under CC, the link to configure Activity has completely disappear. Has never been there in fact. Have applied the lastest patch from SupportGuy's site in the hope it would show up but nothing. Am I getting something wrong here? Is the another feature I need to activate before the link appears?

To use Activity Codes, you must have Reporting for Contact Center enabled
