BCM 4.0 Mailbox Manager

I need some help setting Mailbox Manager on BCM 4.0.
It was working when we had a BCM 3.7 release. Since I upgraded client, it shows network error 1722. This comes after I enter my MBox number and password

Mailbox Manager does not work with 4.0. This is in the documentation.
