Customer is forwarding the main consol to other extensions but instead of it going to the forwarded mailbox it goes to the General Delivery. Is this normal on a BCM 3.7 with Call Pilot? Secondly they also wanted an option for callers to be able to go to the main company greeting options instead of it going to General Deliver. I don't think this second request can be accomplished other than setting up a CCR Tree but perhaps there is some other option they can go to to route them back to the company greeting. Please advise.
