We have a new BCM 3.7 400. We have gone through the manual and we can see active DN's but the system does not see any co lines. Any help would be greatful

Us a Butt Set to test the analog lines first. If you are sure they are active, then go to resources_telephony and line 61 is where the CO lines will begin.

I have verified that thier is dial tone and jumpered to the system and checked the wiring diagram on the amphenol connectors and cheked the resources- telephony 61 for the first line but still does not show up

Do you have a Pre-wired 66 block, or a hand punched 66 block? Usually the first pair at the top of a pre-wired block is the first analog line. But if someone made a mistake, or the telco cable is bad that could be part of it. The last thing I would try is in the manager, under resources_telephony try disable and then enable again. It may see it that way. But honestly it sounds like cabling. Make sure the cross connect is on the right pins, and you may have left out the jumper in the middle of the block.

Another thought if all above is correct. Did you put the CO lines in the line pool A? or other. And do you have a route in dialing plan? You can even test a single set by clicking on line 61, that add a set to that there. It will get a dial tone out.

What bus did you set the Analog trunk for, what are the Dip switch setting you made?
