BCM 3.7 Ringing services

I have set-up a Night service using ringing services,that goes to voice mail when active this works fine when enabled via feature 871 but if i set times under common settings for the night service it will not work automaticaly.. any one ever got this to work..
 
Does your night service is in manual or auto mode? Even if you set your times, if your service is in manual mode, it will not work without F871.
 
tried both manual and auto still won`t work
 
In your ring group have you assigned the main ext. # and the voice mail ext. #? What group number are you using? Also did you assign the line(s) to answer?
 
Did you tried it and tested it right away? It can take from 5 to 10 minutes to synchronize, it happened to me once.
 
thanks for all the tips got to the bottom of it eventually

i was miss understanding the way the times work for and also was not giving time for the system to synchronize with the programming change..
