I have set-up a Night service using ringing services,that goes to voice mail when active this works fine when enabled via feature 871 but if i set times under common settings for the night service it will not work automaticaly.. any one ever got this to work..
In your ring group have you assigned the main ext. # and the voice mail ext. #? What group number are you using? Also did you assign the line(s) to answer?
