They lost power last weekend, to the BCM and RCC server. Ever since they can't do any reports, after that date/time. Evrything has been rebooted to no avail. Here is the report from the onsite guy.

When I click on the link within the "Reports" Section - "Get Latest Contact Center Data"

I receive the following information:

"RCC Database Update Complete 100%"

"Status (Red Dot - meaning no connection)"

ERROR! CannotConnectToDB

"Time: (Blank)"

"Processing Calls From: 2009/02/06 08:57:24"

"Calls Extracted from Received Data: 0"

What should the latest patch be?
Does anyone have the commands on a Telnet session that might help us?

Any and all help appreciated.

Hi Dewey, I usually try those to fix RCC issues;

1- In Both Call pilot And RCC under contact center connection, put back the "CCRS" password and see if it connects.
2- Under contact center connection, make sure the RCC Ip adress is selected in "select an IP adress".(for IPview)
3- To fix corrupted table, run the DBFix Utility.
4- Sometimes you might have to push the date after suspected corrupt database, so it will bypass that corrupted data.

Thanks gberger.

Can anyone clue me on the latest 3.7 RCC patch, or SU?

Don`t forget the put the correct voice mail patch before upgrading the RCC

If its not broke tweak it..
