BCM 3.7 Event Code 220 & 337

I have a BCM 3.7 that has been generating sporatic alarm codes since the installation on 03/03/2006. The most recent has been event 337 under Netwotk event log, under system admin log is event 220, and under system test log is event 221. Under the alarm banner I have critical alarms of event 44 which is described as followsThe long term alarm threshold has been surpassed in DTCM 0 for the detection of Remote Alarm Indication. The most likely cause is an irregularity with the PSTN connections. The cable connecting the DTCM to the network termination point or external CSU). I have replaced all connections from the DTI to the smart jack. I have had the T1 tested with the LEC and all tests ran clean. I was told that I should load the correct patches for the BCM, I have completed that as well. Short of replacing the box can anyone help?

you might want to double check your clocking. I recently had a system that was behaving like this, the clock was set to master instead of primary and every few weeks it would get out of synch and fall over.

Thanks, that fixed (1) problem......I'm still getting Event 995 that says it'd link to the voice software...Any ideas?????? All of my critcal alarms under the Fault Alarm banner are gone.....But under sytem test log I have event 995 many times and event 221,event 337 and event 220. I can't find 220 and or 221 in the docs........
