Customer is wanting to have some kind of call reporting for their hunt groups. This is a difficult task since the hunt groups are "virtual". The hunt group metrics won't work because they reset every hour. Does anyone have a solution that will report how many calls come into a hunt group? I have tried Convertec but their products will not work with DID's or hunt groups.
