BCM 3.7 Call Center Reporting

Has anyone experienced a problem on the summary reports in the RCC. If you look at a daily summary report it will show a number of answered call transactions which will give you a certain grade of service. If you then go to the summary report for the month and look at the date in question, the answered call transactions and grade of service will be different. This system was installed in December of 2005. Any ideas would be appreciated.
 
Did you have call center that is 24 hours.if yes!
So the calls that is between 23:00:00 and 00:01:00.if the call answer by agent at 23 59 00 and the agent hungup the call at 00 02 00 you will not see this call at daily summary report if you print the month report you will see this call that is belong to the day that you dry to print the daily report before.So the calls that is between the 23 00 00 and the 00 00 00 you will not see on the daliy report.
 
Just like Windows XP, make sure that the BCM is up to date with all of Nortels latest patches.
