Sep 3, 2005 #4 BCMprogrammer Technical User Sep 27, 2004 122 US You could run BCM Monitor and call all your telco lines until you isolate the problem. You could also check all your ring groups, hunt groups, and Answer DNs. Check Call Pilot Lines Admin and make note of all lines that have an AA table assigned and whether it's assigned for 0 rings or whatever. You should be able to isolate if you try all those steps. It would be interesting to hear what the problem turned out to be. Upvote 0 Downvote
