We have a BCM version 3.6. We have some sales people that are sometimes in the office, but often not. We have their phones configured in the BCM to forward to their mobile phones when they don't answer using the "Fwd no answer to" feature (under capabilities -> call forward) of the BCM. The problem is that sometimes the callers don't get forwarded. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. We are getting reports of silence and reports of the phone just hanging up after the initial 3 rings. Is there an issue, or a trick to get this to work?
