The led's indicate the driver is not running, where do I go from here?

Are you talking about the hard drive?

SHK Certified (School of Hard Knocks)

No, the driver...
The led's are as follows
Power-green, Disk-green, System Status-green
PCI/MSC-flashing green, PCI Device-flashing green,
Modem-flashing green, LAN 1-flashing green, Lan 2-flashing green, Temp and Fan-green

Pullout the BFT and look at the Caps and see if they are green and then check to see if they are leaking a gray substance ot ar bulging. If so Nortel is replacing them until 12/31/07 for free. But you need a Partner to get the part.

The caps are Blue.
With a monitor on during startup, I recieved the following:
Windows NT could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\winnt]SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMHardware Profile/Last Known Good menu.

Sounds like a bad hard drive, or file corruption on that drive. Prepare to replace or reimage the hard drive, then restore programming (if you have a backup) or manually rebuild your voicemail, keycodes, IP trunks, etc.

I had the same trouble and it was a faulty hard drive. Replaced and restored backup and trouble was cleared.
