BCM 3.6 - Database documentation ? custom reports 1

Hey everyone,

We've just installed BCM 3.6 recently and my manager wants me to develop some custom reports, using Crystal Reports. I was able to download the MyODBC driver for MySQL and create a connection to the database. However, I can't seem to find much of the data. I can bring up our company info from the database, so I know I'm properly connected; I need to get to the call and agent data.

Does anyone know if there's any documentation on the structure and contents of the BCM database?

Any responses would be appreciated.

Actually, verified with our network admin and it's BCM 400

u should proably contact itel to get all that infos u need... cause as i know they made the complete reporting for BCM 3.6....

I have the Tech transfer for 3.6 this has all the info on the BCM reporting tools and the changes.Might help if you would like it.

I'm not really looking for their built-in reporting documentation... I want to build my own custom reports with Crystal. I'm already connected to the database using the MyODBC driver, but I don't know what table the data I'm looking for is in... So I guess I'm looking ofr a DDF and ERD if possible.
