I´ve got a BCM 400 Release 3.6 with Professional Call Center and 8 skillset programmed, All the reports were working fine but now when I try to generate the Abandoned Call Report for any skillset or If I try to generate any other report including all the skillsets at the same time the following error appears:
Error Occurred Reading Records: Logon failed. Details: Could not open the field definition file 'C:\Inetpub\
I can generate reports (except Abandoned Call Report) When I include 1,2,3 or 4 skillsets at the same time.
the real time reports show the abandonded calls, I reinstalled the Reporting for Call Center software but I didnt work.
Any idea?
