I got a BCM 3.6 that has corrupt files on the root drive (C, so the system won't boot. I don't want to reimage because of the loss of voicemails, auto attendants, etc.
I know there is a Maintenance OS that you can access during boot. But if I select I only get the blue screen that shows Microsoft Windows NT (blah blah blah), the same that should show when just running the BCM OS.
Can I do anything with the maintenance OS? Example: Can it reinstall the embedded NT Operating System? Does anyone know how to get access to some maintenance options when selecting the maintenance OS?
Thanks!
