Made changes to IP and Gateway addresses.

BCM locks up. Any solutions to get it going?

If I understand correctly, you changed the IP address and the default gateway of the BCM. What did you do or trying to do and what happens? When you say it locks up, describe in detail what happens.

Doing a network upgrade. Ip address changes on customer network. Change addressing in BCM then wait for reboot.
Cannot access BCM from new or old IP.

After you changed the IP you then rebooted the system and after it came up you cannot access it? Connect to the BCM via the serial connection and verify the IP address.

I am located remotely. I had tech to site and he verified adresses.

I assume that this is not a BCM50 release 3. I have assumed that it is a BCM1000/200/400 3.0. If it is you cannot use Feature 9*8. You would need to connect to the serial port and get the IP.

Just got it as I hit send. 3.01 (BCM 200/400, instead of my errant thought 3.0 (BCM50).

I have had tech's check addressing at site. All changes are displaying in BCM.

Checked port connection to network o.k.

I am leaning toward a hard reboot?

If you changed the IP info it requires a Cold Reboot.
