BCM 200

I have a BCM 200 with 3.6. The Voice mail keeps going down. We reboot it and it comes back up for a bit then goes right back down. We have replaced the Base Funtion Tray twice now and the same problem keeps happening. We just replaced it this morning and it has already gone down. Any suggestions?

Look at your logs to see if any services are stopping.

Did you swap the MSC as well?

Is the MSC known to have issues? I know that Nortel warrants the BFT due to a component issus. Do you know if they do the same for the MSC?

yes ...if it doesnt have a jumper wire soldered it is better to replace that too ...
