Hello
I have a BCM 200 and six of the LED lights are blinking Green steady and the voicemail is on up and running? Has anyone seen this before?

This happens when you have a bad base function tray. Take it out and check for green bulging capacitors. What happens when you reboot? Do they stay that way?

Thanks Sorry, I just replaced the base function tray with what I thought was a good one, And yes when I reboot they stay flashing

But what Color are the Capacitors?

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

The Capacitors are Blue and where in both the old and the new I am getting a alarm that reads UTAM code Required as well?, any thoughts on this would be a great help

Have you tried to cold reboot it? (Pull the Plug)

Had same situation with BCM 200. Turned out to be a hard drive even though it tested good.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

Other then the LED's flashing, is the system working?
