My BCM 200 is generating busy signals when you try and dial out or when someone calls into the office. I confirmed with our provider that it is not a line problem. The said that it appears our system is resetting itself every three to four minutes.
In going into the diagnostics, I see that the code on the Hard Drive says "flash" and the green light flashes. All other diagnostic items are solid green.
I assume that I have a hard drive failure, but what are my options?
