Hey all,
I've got a Bcm 200 and a remote net in Atlanta where:
- DNs 413 and 399 (lines 266 and 269) work fine until:
I plug in DN 241 (line 270)
Then,
- When I call them through the BCM in LA (Over a contivity VPN with trusteds and tunnels wide open)
-- I can hear them, they can't hear me
- The can hear each other
I have:
- reprogrammed the lines to 266, 269 and 270 from 254-256
- Restarted the BCM
- Deregistered and reregistered the phones
- Changed the UDP ports from 28400-28600 to 28800 - 28901
As long as that phone is not in, it's fine.
This has happened with 2 different firewalls, and we don't have this problem in any other city.
We have 2 wired phones and 20 IP sets on a BCM 200 with 2 media cards.
Has anyone ever had this problem? The phones ring fine, so it seems like a UDP problem. Or a line problem.
TIA
