BCM 200 816 card

We are having problems getting two 816 cards to come up on a BCM 400 3.7. As far as I can tell, we have the dip switches set correctly. The stations come up, but we cannot get any of the co's to come up.

Do you understand that the Lines will go on the Bus you set and the Stations on the next one up. So it would take 4 Buses for your configuration.

Is the 8x16 compatible w/ 3.7? Thought it was for 4.0 and up but I could be wrong. Either way the 8x16 would use 2 buses not 4. One for stns and one for trunks. Just like a 4x16.
