Hello I have a BCM 200 that was struck by lightining. After replacing the system board we found out the hard drive was bad. After buying a new drive and re initalizing it the phones. Lost their settings. Here is my setup.
I have the BCM with 3 POTS LINES. The sets are digital hand sets. They can recieve outside calls but cannot make out going calls. Before the problem they choose the outeside line they wanted buy pressing a button that was labeled which POTS line they wanted to dail out from. If it was a long distance call they entered an access code. How can I reprogram the sets to do this?
 
Does your trunk module function OK? If yes assign the lines you want to pick to every set.
any backup?
 
No backup. I took over this job and the person before me wouldnt touch our off site systems. I know i should be able to log on to the unified manager and set the lines up. However i have no telephonhy knowledge.
 
You should probably call a tech in that case....it would be up and running already.
