BCM 200 3.6 voicemail down unable to communicate with GUI

I have a BCM200 3.6 voice mail is down and I'm unable to communicate with it thru the GUI.
My first thought was the BFT the resistors look ok.
other than the BFT could there be anything else causing the this problem.
Also I have on hand a BFT from a BCM 400 can I use this one to replace or not.

Have you rebooted the bcm could be issue with the hard drive if you have virtual trunks or ip sets they will not work either

(both callpilot and Unified Manager, not just callpilot) then more than likely the HDD has failed. Any other high level functions such as IP sets - these will fail too if HDD has gone bad. A 400 BFT will not do for a 200 unit, due to different bios which alter the fan behaviour.
