I'm looking to donate a BCM 1000 to a local church. However they only have 3 phone lines, analog. The only cards I have is the T1 cards. What card would I need to accomplish this? Also there will be getting the phone lines through BrightHouse cable, I would assume they would analog and no digital.

You could probably find a CTM4 for cheap, yes those Cable lines will be analog, out of a channel bank.

Would this work?

(1) NORTEL BCM CTM4 CLID TRK MBM item number
110249645035 on ebay?

What kind of inputs are on the front, is that RJ45? How would I get from the punchdown block to the rj45 inputs?

if its not rj21 (25pr amphenol, it will be rj 11. if it's Rj11, Punch one end of a 4pr cable down on the Bix/66 and crimp rj 11 mod ends on the other end.

Coming out of the 66 block is 25pr amphenol. Would this still work? Also, do you know if I would need to get a seperate license for analog trunks in the bcm1000?

That's the part. It needs 3 RJ11 connections for your 3 lines. There are 5 ports on front of CTM4, the extra is for power fail. Depending on your skill level, you could mount a 4-port biscuit on the wall, and use 3 line cords to connect to BCM.

No license required.

Would this also work?

NORTEL BCM GATM8 CI ANALOG TRUNK MODULE NT5B44AAAA

Yes, connects with Female Amphenol cable, but more than you need.
