BCM 1000 3.6 CAN NOT START FTP

Hi Guys,
I have BCM 1ooo 3.6 software and I am going to upgrade to 4.0
I have loaded all patches and cleared cdr log file but
when I do test with pre - check tool I am seeing message
FTP SERVER CAN NOT BE STARTED.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Log into the BCM and manually start the service and then try it. The services should show everything running or stopped. Change the setting to manual and force it to start.

Also check to make sure the windows firewall is off on the PC you are running just in case it is blocking ports, as I have seen that happen once.

I have tried to do that in servie list but I do not see FTPonhe list.

I'm on a 3.7 and it is under Diagnostics, service manager, and then on the right side MSFTPSVC. Click it then at the menu click configuration, modify services.

I was on site today and I have started service MSFTPSVC and
I did pre ckeck and message appears BCN can not configure FTP server.
