BCA scheduler giving INTERNAL ERROR

Can you provide us with bit more information??? From where are you logging in??? Either from the Java Applet or thru IE... Does it give any other error message??? Is this a new installation or it was working previously???

Issue

We are unable to login to (x) scheduler on BCA server. It is giving us Internal Problem.

Attaching the screen shot of the problem. This error message we are getting with the user id (x)

Supervisor gives the error message : Unknown user

Have you defined the BCA User in the Supervisor in the first place... FYI I cudn't find any screen shot...
