Hi,
I have a customer who's connected a new Mitel IP switch via DPNSS to a MD110 BC8 CNA62.
Whe we dial from a Standard Extn on the MD110 we route to the Mitel ok & follow it's Imediate call forward to VM OK.
But when we dial the same number from an Operator the call fails.
For Some Reson when we dial from an operator we are Sending *27# "CALL OFFER" in our inital ISRM.
Is this a known Problem with the MD110?
Will upgrade to CNA63 a Fix?
any known Patches?
