BC8 Operator not following diverts on Mitel 3300

Hi,
I have a customer who's connected a new Mitel IP switch via DPNSS to a MD110 BC8 CNA62.
Whe we dial from a Standard Extn on the MD110 we route to the Mitel ok & follow it's Imediate call forward to VM OK.
But when we dial the same number from an Operator the call fails.
For Some Reson when we dial from an operator we are Sending *27# "CALL OFFER" in our inital ISRM.

Is this a known Problem with the MD110?
Will upgrade to CNA63 a Fix?
any known Patches?

1. *27# is "do no disturb" initiation code.
Check, if there is "do no disturb" group programmed and OP is a member of the group. If yes, try to remove OP out of the group.

2. No, there were no FR conserning your case. (There were no such a thing - "Mitel" those years :))) ). Upgrade to CNI63 will not help.
If you can, try BC9, CNI85 first. May be this will help.

*27# is a DPNSS call offer string NOT do not disturb. The call is getting end of selection from ext 777 and is being answered by extension 880. there are no DPNSS diversion messages i.e. DVG-I. If the called party identity is not being sent to the voice mail, I suggest you look at the Mitel switch for the problem not the MD110. Upgrade to BC9 will not help this case.
