Hello,

We have just upgraded to BC13 and we have various sporadic glitches regarding various actions:

transfers not working,

pickups (i.e. not being able to pick up, as well as a delay in picking up the call. This is mainly on Analogue extensions.

trouble clearing lines on digital handsets (i.e. pressing buttons and nothing happens) and

screeching phones (mode D3),

phones being reported as busy when being dialled even though they aren't

If anyone has experienced these issues or any others on BC13 please let me know how they got fixed, or whether they are still an issue.

Are the involved extension using the parallel ringing feature?

No we haven't programmed up this feature yet

About the screeching phones: This seems not to be just a BC13 (TSW) problem, it exists even in a BP. Just check the manufacturer and date
of manufacturing in the bottom of the D3 phone. A Fault report is made to // concering this matter, but at least I haven't seen any answer (yet). All other problems you describe here, are working normally. Did you convert the print data to BC13 with correct PC-REGEN?

regards BC13/MX-ONE TSW where can I find the PC REGEN scripts. I only have upto BC12.1. Anyone help?

You need the latest SP for Sam toolbox.
