whatever is entered as a pin code during ACD logon is passed to the CCM via the MIS output. this is used by the CCM to recognise which agent has logged on.
FC pin pin
for logging on ACD phone
One pin code us used by MD to unlock the phone
and the other are sendt out on the MIS port
to identify the user in CCM .
I have heard that in BC12 the MD110 now checks the ACD agents pin number against its own database .If the Pin number does not match an entry in the MD110 database the user cannot log onto the ACD que . I was wondering which MD110 command is now used to enter the pin number . I am, not talking about the Auth code .
This is an option.
THe "old" way is fully operational .
New function is with :
ACPAC:ACDNUM=6,ACDVAL=1;(ACDNUM 6=0 function eq.old way)
Then the MIS pin code is checked against AO database.
So the agents must have a
AOCOI:ACO="PIN";
assigned in addition to the AUCOI.
