BC12 ACD

Hi, I've a MD110 BC12SP6 with ACD and some problems after upgrade:

* When an agent is in ACD call, it receive an other ACD call at same time !!

* After upgrade to BC12SP6, supervisor cannot make intrusions on ACD agents. It necessary to restart MMP and MPP unit some time per days.

Did you knowns this buggs on your ACD systems ??

I have BC12sp6 and all ACD is running perfect.

No multiple acd calls and intrusion is ok.

I would contact the "upgrade company"!

look at adc-parameter for ksexi

Converet-table MMB (Multi-Member-Busy)
ACD Agent Position , ODN
BC12.0 SPx BC12.1 SP4
ADC D1 ACPAC 4 ADC D1 ADC D13

To help you I need the printou for one agent:
KSCAPIR = odn AND adn;
We have experienced the same fault when using EMG,
the ADC bit#13 is not set correctly.
So to get this to work you need to set bit #13 for the ADC to:
ADC bit 13 for ADN to 1.
ADC bit 13 for ODN to 3.

This will help.
Please return with some printouts.

There's no possible setting for ADC D13 to receive another ACD call while already having an ACD call.

Intrusion by supervisor is depending on D3D$ of Serv both for supervisor and agent (ADN). Topic starter said that restarting of units solved problem,so facility are correctly assigned. This is problem in system. Responsibilty for supplier of system.

So Doktor, your instructions about D13 of ADC are good, we have't the problem of dual acll now !! Thank!
summerdike, i think so that intrusion problem is a system bugg, i've this problem ontwo sites with BC12SP6 and ONLY this version!
I'm waiting SP7 for testing ....
