we upgraded a site from bc10 to 11, the CIL is causing problems, this is the explanation I have, ideas please ?

"I have looked at the data you sent to me the reason that you are not getting any ring seconds is because there are no ring seconds in the BC11 data, the reason xxx suggested changing it to BC10 is because that does cater for ring seconds however this will not work because the output you have only works with the BC11 translator therefore you will need to contact yyy and explain to them that in your smdr output you are not getting any ring seconds in the data outputted by the MD."

Maybe your problem is that the flexible format is wrong/missing. For ringtime (code X) output you need to use flexible format. This was made in BC10 with patches, BC11
works with the correct settings. Here an example of form6:

CLFOC:FORM=6,DATA=1-3M&2-4J&3-4P&4-1M&5-4K&6-2M&7-4N&8-1M&9-2I&10-1M,APPEND=YES;
CLFOC:FORM=6,DATA=11-5A&12-5C&13-1M&14-2Y&15-18G&16-1M&17-10E&18-1M&19-15D&20-1M,APPEND=YES;
CLFOC:FORM=6,DATA=21-6F&22-1M&23-3S&24-1M&25-2R&26-1M&27-2X&28-1M&29-6T,APPEND=YES;
CLFOP:FORM=6;

Ringtime is defined on position 27(-2X)

Hi
Maybe you are looking for the UK cil patch.

Note that you in BC11 and later, you no longer need the
position in the command,
it is now possible to write:

CLFOC:FORM=6,DATA=3M&4J&4P&1M&4K&2M&4N&1M&2I&1M;
CLFOC:FORM=6,DATA=5A&5C&1M&2Y&18G&1M&10E&1M&15D&1M,APPEND=YES;
CLFOC:FORM=6,DATA=6F&1M&3S&1M&2R&1M&2X&1M&6T,APPEND=YES;
CLFOP:FORM=6;

And there are default length set for all fields so
instead of for example '1M' you only need to write 'M'.

And the format can be in hex or decimal for some of the
fields and they can be adjusted left or rigth with or without
zero filling.
