Could somebody please help;

What is the correct way to divert extensions to mobile phone numbers in a BC 7 switch?

I tried a CDINI to an ABB dial but thie didn't work because you can only divert to an extension number. PELPI's do not exist in BC7.
Will an external follow-me work? (*22*907......#)

Thank you in advance

*22* will do but its a follow me, not a divert.

That is it will not ring the phone first as a CDINI would but go straight to the mobile.

CDINI to Abb should work, ?
what error are you getting.

CDINI:DIR=3000,DIV=2000;

3000 = ext
2000 = abb dial

Hi, Thank you for your response - here is the error I get;

2558 is a valid extension ???

ok another way round "could be"

2558 => CDINI to "an extension"

"extension" has a follow me to mobile
e.g.

CDINI:DIR=2558,DIV=2559;

*22*2559*907....#

SO phone will ring 6 times then divert to phone with FME or goto phone with FME if busy ?

give it a try and holla back

BTW to say on ports 2559 could even just be an ADN on that phone !

Hi Pawshman,

Thank you for your ideas - We decided to go down the external follow-me option on ext 2558 as the user does not use that extension on site.

i don't have info in front of me to confirm but at levels below BC10 you needed to check for patch for CDINI to ABB,

best parnum

parnum, correct

only way to make a 'fix' external diversion (on the same route) is to program an empty ACD group and divert it to ABB. from BC11 you can use a GH to do this, or use profiles (from BC10)
