There are users experiencing "email" disconnects with the new blackberry units. They get email for a few days, even weeks, then they are unable to receive. They seem to be able to send fine?
The Blackberry server (when checked) does not show any indication of failure. As of right now, I do not know the fix for this, other than a desktop re-install and reconfigure. If anyone else has information regarding this, please respond .
