Anyone ever encounter a blackberry that seems to stop adding new contacts to its address book, despite new ones being created in Outlook and then synchronizing?
1) Make sure syncing is on for the user via the BES manager
2) check to see it says wireless sync YES on the device.
3) add a contact to the BB see if that works.
4) resync first wipe out the service books [desktop] items only of course
5) you also want to make sure you can view his contacts from the Blackberry email account.
In the handheld software under Intellisync - Configure PIM - Address Book <-> Outlook - Choose you have the option to Import / Export / Syncronize. I would check that this is set to Syncronize.
