Hey all,
I purchased some Baystack 350s and 450s on Ebay and now that I'm configuring them I've run into a bit of a snag. I'm trying to log in through the console port, but after the login name and password the switches are looking for a RADIUS server. I've setup a Win2k server as a RADIUS server, and I did a network sniff to see where the RADIUS server is (its IP address) so I could set my Win2k server to the same address, but no matter what I do I get a "RADIUS server not responding" error. I've tried using NetICs as a login and password but that's not accepted. I've tried using CTRL-C during the boot diagnostics on the switches to try to get into a single prompt where I can do one entry for NetICs but no joy. In my sniffs I see that Netics (yeah, just one cap) is listed as a part of the decoded MAC address but THAT doesn't work either. Any suggestions on how I can get to a prompt to change the setup of these switches without being able to access the correct RADIUS server?????
Thanks,
Joe
