Has anyone ever run into this problem:

Occasionally, if there is a power surge or outage at one of my locations, my 425s will lose management. They won't ping, they won't show up on my map or on the router's ARP table, but my users will still have access. The 425s basically turn into "dumb hubs." Sometimes power-clearing will fix the issue, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I have to factory default the unit and re-configure. Sometimes I can just re-enter the ip addresses in the configuration. The point is, it's never the same solution to same symptom. I'm just wondering if anyone else has ever some across this and what they did to fix it. Oh, and our code is always one rev. behind the current release too.

Thanks.

Well, according to Nortel... Code version 3.6.2.xx is supposed to fix this problem. We have a test bed at a location that was one of the most spots and we shall see what happens. :)
