Baystack 250 Series default password

Is there a default password for the Baystack 250 series. We have tried Manager, operator and user. Plus a few others.
If no default I also need the means to reset the password to a known value. I have taken the lid off and pressed the internal reset button but this has no effect. There is a jumper but have not tried that yet. Does anyone know what is is for.

We spoke to Nortel and we were shocked by the customer service we got from them!!!
They have sent us a whole stack of new hubs and we have to send ours back to them. Total cost to us zero.

Did you get 250's back from Nortel, or some type of upgrade? Did you have a service contract?

im suprised at that too!. i work in there european NOC and we have enough trouble getting our baystack stuff replased by them. but they soon change it when i shut down there server and blame it on the swiches! (only once ) mid you though if you are a big customer of ours they probaly did treat you well considering we are going bankrupt very fast. another 200,000 jobs gone this year so far! is it me next?!?

The jumper is apperantly for disabling the NMM!
