bay 460 no power ?

Guys ,any help ? got a 460 straight out of box & switch on can plug pc in ok but not getting any " power over ethernet " for nortel i2004 ip phone.Any special software or commands needed ?? I would have thought it would be "on" as default.
Tried the switch on/off at the rear, no joy.

You need to purchase power splitters Nortel part number DY4311015. Read the 460 FAQ
