Hi All

I have a report developed in CRXi Rel1, the report consists of 5 parameters (Client Name, Client Type, Start Date, End Date and Summary Table). This report needs to be scheduled to be outputted 150 times to 150 individual clients outputted via email to clients. The Client Name parameter must change every time, however the rest of the 4 parameters we can default and leave alone.

Now what I am trying to achieve is to schedule these reports in a more efficient way rather than going into the CMC or InfoView and creating 150 separate instances, any ideas?

Kind Regards

You'll need to use a 3rd-party add-in that offers "Bursting" functionality in order to do this efficiently as there's no good way to do this with out-of-the-box Business Objects Enterprise.

I'm familiar with APOS Bursting Manager as one option, but there are a number of 3rd party tools listed on Ken Hamady's site that also offer Burst functionality:

Gortuk & all,
I went thorgh the website of APOS Bursting Manager -- It's pretty impressive.
But I don't want any other extra functionality like print and email and all that. I just want it to be scheduled to a disk location with different parameters.

Does Someone know any way to do this.
Or does anyone else know any resources for hellp in this matter, i mean developing own application and instead of buying one.
Thanks
