Using Lotus Notes 4.6

Is there a way I can forward loads emails to someone without having them all go in one mail?

I spoke with someone who said that if I just highlighted them all and selected forward, the person I was sending them to would receive a gigantic email.

Ideally I would like them to be individual but don't have the time to manually type in the same address loads of times.

Is this a one-shot deal? Are the messages going to another internal member of the company? If so, get an administrator to help by just copying the messages from one user's database to the other.

I am an administrator...the messages will be going externally. I don't want them all to go in the same mail...

You can create a simple agent
Give it a name
(selekt shared if available)
lets default "Manually from action menu
lets default on "Selected documents"
Add a simple Action
Action: Send mail message
to: select de person
subject: use a formula to keep de subject by pressing de more button en select bij subject de formula en type te subject as field
select: include copy of document

save agent and select the mail files you want to send to the other person.

same agent you can use for every incoming mail by changing the when in "If new mail arrived"
