basic VPN question

I have a problem with a VPN connection.

An employee connects to our network via VPN which works finie but after about 1 minute his internet connection dies. whats the problem?? any idea??

We have SBS 2003 running and the employee has Win XP

After some more research i found the solution.

go to the TCP/IP settings of the VPN connection -> Properties -> Advanced -> and in General tab uncheck the box 'Use default gateway on remote network'

simple as that
