I have a pretty basic setup and decided to try basic edition instead of buying the essential lic. I'm using 95XX phones. Where do I program the (9) for an outside line. by default if I press intercom 9 it doesn't work. I have it somewhat working now with the ALS set up line 4,3,2,1,intercom. But the directory button doesn't work properly.

I believe you need to change to PBX mode
