Hello to all!
I am new to the IP office line, and the one I was handed is an IP Office 500 v2, 10.1.0.1.0 build 3, in BASIC mode. The customer just wants the calls, after hours, to go to extension 100's VM. This seems really difficult to setup for some reason. At some point, also, I lost my "night mode" button on 100, and can't for the life of me figure out how to put it back on (or if it even works that way).
The office stays late often, so a timed deal won't work, but basically I want NO vm during business hours, and would like them to be able to hit a button, and leave, and have 100 answer the calls on 1st ring. Is that possible? The system was purchased on Amazon, and came "pre-configured" to some extent. It seem pretty basic though. Incoming lines ring, and the phones ring - not much fanciness there. Just need to figure out the VM.
Thank you all in Advance!!!
