I wanted to know if this the following task was possible using DTS. I have database "MMX".

I have couple of tables in it. I want to execute a series of queries in the current database to populate a table. Can i achieve this using a DTS package. If so how?

I have no data transfer from one database to the other.
Could someone suggest any pointers to the above problem?

Thanks

While you could use DTS for this, a stored procedure would be your best bet.

If you decide to use DTS; create a new package, in the new package create a connection to your database, use the execute sql task to run your queries.
